On the 10th of February we had 2 activities. The first one was 'letter ropes'. This is an activity where one of the group members are told a shape or letter and they have to command the rest of the group where to move to make the shape or letter without telling them it. The second was 'skipping'. It is where two people are each holding the end of the rope on either side and turning it around and around and then another person would run into the middle and jump when the rope comes down but our class added an extra challenge where we had to make every classmate jump rope at the same time.
I would put my participation at achieved level because I was organised and had my PE gear but we were not allowed to change because we had to be ready to go to class photos in our school uniform. This also stopped me from participating in most parts of the activities. When I did Participate though, I contributed to my team by instructing my team mates on where to go and making the letter Z under 40 seconds, I was sadly not here when we were playing skipping due to class photos though.
Several things influenced my participation on that day. The first was my uniform, this was an issue because I was not allowed to change even though I had my PE gear, this was because of class photos. When wearing your school uniform it gets hot and sticky, this means you sweat more than normal and causing sweat stains to appear on your school shirt, because of this when a student is doing PE in school uniform they do not try their best because no one wants to go to their next subject with sweat pouring down their face. When some one is sweating a lot in class, the person becomes self aware and sensitive when people talk around him/her. What others think also influence what another does. Wearing the right gear influences how hard a person will tries.

Ways to improve myself would be to try my hardest even when there are only a bit of time left. this means, even when there is close to no time left I will still persevere and give 100%. like this i could also take on a more leader like role.
